Hyakka Ryouran - painting 1

This is Fuyu, the only new addition to the Hyakka Ryouran series. Her name means Winter. She is wearing a fur stole to the shrine on New Year's. Fuyu is a bit vain. Her kanzashi are of plum blossoms, representing part of the sho-chiku-bai.

Acrylic paint, origami paper and some stupid looking paper flowers I'm going to pull off. My class wanted background elements even though I didn't.

Size: 15.5 inches tall, 7.5 inches wide at the widest point. She is the smallest of the four seasonal paintings. They're all painted on broken wine crates I found behind the liquor store.
